What if I can't make it to the studio appointment? Or if fewer people show up?
Arrangements under €100:
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for arrangements under €100.
For cancellations 48 hours in advance:
If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, we offer you the opportunity to receive 100% of the costs back in the form of a credit. This credit can be used to reschedule for a later date that better suits you!
Less than 48 hours in advance:
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any costs for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.
For fewer people on the day itself, we may decide to provide a little Something Extra.

How do I pay for the studio appointment?
For the appointment, you will receive a payment request, through which you can pay via iDEAL or credit card. Once the payment is completed, your appointment will be finalized and confirmed in the schedule.
